(Week one) MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS

In the week there were dividing the people into groups for the assessment thing and were taught us about the rules and regulations of the university and being in a group and how to maintain the attendance.
We were taught to do the assessment things on time by weekly basis so that it could be easy for us to complete before the deadline without any problems.
Before completing the deadline gives us many benefits like we show up our work to our module leaders and get feedback from them and sort out things which are not correct. They given us a brief on how to from a group relations between each and everyone so that it could be easy to communicate and easy to do the work.
Since I was not present for the week one seminar i have learned all these things from moodle. I was given late visa and came to the university a bit late I was not attended the first two weeks of lecture happened and i have gone through the moodle site and gaines knowledge from those.
I am attaching my proof of being late to the university with my enrollment sheet.

Hello

In Today's Lab we all focused on our coursework 1. This is the last week for us to submit it through moodle. We had to clear our doubts with Susie related to Excel balance sheets and access sheets.
We all the group members sat together discussing on the work and cleared many things for the assessment. Susie helped us a lot in the things we had doubts such has how to record a balance sheet and access. We had an exercise to do in the lab which is Pivot Tables.
The exercise gave us a much information on how to deal with it. It also helped us in our assessment work. As excel sheets are very much important in future we are glad that we are learning everything with ease and in a simple way. It was very much interesting in the lab while the discussions are going on the group work we felt quite difficult we had struggles in doing but in the end we all cleared.
Today's has a good impact on us and gained a much knowledge form it.

Week 9

Hello

In today's Lecture we started the topic about Knowledge Management for this we had an Guest Lecturer Mr. Amare Desta who works at Queen Mary University of London. He is a Professor in Information & Knowledge Management. In the beginning he introduced himself about his educational career and his achievements and degree he earned from the great universities in London.
He has a very good knowledge on this management thing he started the topic about knowing knowledge in ways to use it and where to apply. He taught us about the historical trends and changing in economic eras. This lecture was very much important for us to gain knowledge and this lecture gave us many things to learn. The economic eras included Agricultural, Industrial, Post-Industrial or Information, Knowledge these thing very taught by him in a easy method and was useful for us. Knowledge in Past, Present and Future was also given a small topic by him. He went on telling us about the Technology and strategies of Knowledge. This lecture was very much interesting of the topic and also we have gained a lot of Information and knowledge from him.

week 8 LAB

Hello


In today's Lab we had an small exercise on excel sheets. we created few of the exercises with the help of Susie. It was easy for us to do those sheets and was very much useful.
It made a good impact on us. the lab focused on excel sheets after 2 weeks which is very much useful for the coursework. We can use this experience in our future and can make our work easy and simple.
In the beginning of the session i was bit confused with the work but going on with flow it made us easy to do and Susie has taught us in that way we could make work easy. When i was stuck with some error and i took help of my lecturer and she has cleared it and i felt happy for that.
Overall it was good experience learning the excel sheets and is essential in the future.

WEEK 8

Hello,
In today's lecture we had a guest lecturer Vijak who has given us a brief on Digital Marketing in the present and future. He has given us a very good information in this category he started with the revolutions in the human life which are agriculture,industrial and information revolutions. Given us a brief on connectivity between people happening in these days through social applications describing facebook and google and all other related things. he has taught us somethings from Data which is now very much useful in human life by daily basis. going on with digital marketing he has taught us individualism and personalised marketing. information of uses of digital marketing helped us in gaining knowledge in these sector. and moreover that he told us some interesting points on content marketing and influencer marketing. After the Haider has told use somepoints on Access and Excel sheets. Overall the lecture was good and useful in knowing some interesting stuff.

Today's blogging is about the lab work we have done. It was under Susie we were given some sheets of work in which the exercises are to be done in the lab. the sheets were about the access which is a useful day to day thing used in all common business. so we started it last week with the basic things in access and this week we got like some other things which are interesting and easy. these things which we are doing in the lab work are very important to us in the future and we have learned from it. So we started the lab with some other conversations related to our group work and collected some questions and discussed with Susie and got clear from those problems. few exercises were found quite easy to do and some other are quite different in the way hard. So overall the with the help of Susie we find the problems easy and we have done it. As said we have an assignment to do and we are busy with that as well.

Week7 lecture

In today’s lecture Bilal has taught us some tips on doing presentation. The presentation examples has given us many information on how to do our assignments to score with good marks. From the page one till the end of the presentation Bilal has taught us every single step to do a better presentation in a simple way and to score good. Today we have gone through the prezi presentation thing and we have watched a video sample of in it shows which is a good way to do presentation and which we should not follow while doing. We have gone through dos and donte in the presentation also. It helped us in improve in our assignment while taking interviews on how to do and things like maintain eye contact,noice clear room,be clear in talking,talk in way people can understand etc. it was a very useful lecture for us and we got use of it in all ways to improve further as well.

MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS 6TH MARCH

In today's lab susie have given us some tips to create access sheet and enter data into it. we have given a worksheet with some exercises in it to do for the lab work and we all have gone through it the whole class and we felt it difficult in the beginning but after doing 1/2 exercises it was very much easy to go with that. We have given some brief of our group work and we explained how we are preparing for the assessment to take the best in it and took some tips for improving in the group assessment. The worksheets included of entering data of customers,their entries etc related to a company. It was so useful for us to do the worksheets for our future and make it easy then without any occurs. These sheets are useful in every company for their data entries learning these were easy and we had nice discussions within ourself to solve the exercise we had nice fun though during the lab.

In the lab we have learned few formulas of LOOKUP & VLOOKUP susie has taught us the easy method to get this formulas done. I was doing my last week excel sheets as well which were left over to do and meanwhile i was completing the given lab work also. we were given IF functions in the last week which are easy to do and i felt happy in doing the sheets with these formulas it was very easy for me in doing and completed with fun. we were given a group assessment to do as well and were discussing the points for the assessment in group susie have given some tips in for that.

In today's lecture we have learnt about different various things such as google cloud, database technology, and about its data, Queries, Reports etc. we have shown a video on how google cloud works from inside. we have gone through all the benefits of cloud form and databases. It was quite boring in the beginning of the class for me but later on I felt interesting with the cloud forms. The benefits of the database has given us a lot of information.
